I've written a bunch of fiction in my life, and most of it hasn't gone anywhere - though I did have some poetry published in an anthology many, many years ago. Perhaps at some point I will turn that around and utilize my 20+ year long worldbuilding exercise as the setting of something new.

But what I really enjoy is the collaborative storytelling that is derived from so many role-playing games! At eleven I was introduced to Dungeons & Dragons and that opened up a whole new world that I have enjoyed ever since. Often filling the role of "game master", but sometimes getting to sit on the "other side of the screen", I have played games and woven stories in a wide variety of settings and systems including: Dungeons & Dragons (1e, 2e, 3.5e, 5e, 5.5e), Rifts, Rolemaster, Runequest, GURPS, Feng Shui, Hackmaster, Pathfinder (2e), Daggerheart, BESM, Alien RPG (Year Zero), and I'm always interested to give something new a try!

In 2026 I began participating in a few "actual play" games, where sessions are either livestreamed or recorded and shared online. I'm looking to get involved with more of these, especially games or streams that are raising funds for good causes - let me know if you would like for me to be involved with yours! Current projects have included:

• Cosmenalia - a sci-fi spacefaring adventure in a distant galaxy where the federation of planets can no longer be trusted...(ongoing series)
• Reunion at the Old Tavern - a group of retired adventurers reminisce about the "good ol' days"...(standalone)
• Kiss Me in the Silver City Rain - a noir supernatural horror mystery...(mini series)

• (Coming in August!) The Neon Shroud - a pre-Rebellion Star Wars adventure...(ongoing series)
